TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will do our best to make your stay at our B&B enjoyable. To achieve this, we have established the following rules. We appreciate you taking a few minutes to review our policy and contacting us if you have any questions.
PRENOTATION POLICY
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have full knowledge of Jardines la Loma B&B's payment, rejection, and cancellation policies.
The reservation process begins with a written request via email, specifying the check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, and number of guests. The request is responded to within a maximum of 24 hours (except in cases of connectivity issues in the area). The request is answered via the same email, confirming availability of dates and rooms.
Providing the B&B's bank account details for the full payment required to complete the reservation. An email notification with proof of the transfer or the deposit voucher is required. Administrative fees for bank transfers are the responsibility of the sender.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is no later than 2:00 pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Given our relatively small size, cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows really impact our business, so our payment and cancellation policies are as follows:
Guests are responsible for paying for all nights reserved, regardless of their arrival and departure times.
Customers who do not show up will forfeit their entire payment.
Modifications and changes to your reservation are accepted as long as there is availability and at least 15 days' notice is given.
Jardines la Loma is managed by the owners, who reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Jardines la Loma is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
FORCE MAJEURE
Jardines la Loma cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation when the reservation contract is affected by circumstances that amount to "force majeure."
Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event that we could not control, even with care taken to foresee or avoid it. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather-related damage, theft, criminal damage, riot or civil commotion, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic, and similar situations beyond our control.
It is explicitly agreed that a force majeure event suspends the performance of the parties' reciprocal obligations. This is particularly true after the force majeure event.
